Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Aplomb → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current paid period. Aplomb won't charge you again after that.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in to Aplomb with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, then tap Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password." We'll email you a reset link.

How do I switch between programs?

On the Home tab, tap any program in "Your programs" to make it active. Your progress on other programs is preserved, so you can switch back any time.

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@aplombdance.net with the subject "Account deletion." Send the message from the email associated with your Aplomb account. We'll remove your data within 30 days.

I have a redemption code. Where do I enter it?

On the paywall screen, tap "Have a code?" and enter it there.

I think there's a bug. What do I do?

Email us with as much detail as you can — what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible. We read every message.
